From the west or Lethbridge:
As the map points out, we like to take Old Jail Road (Hwy 512) from 43rd ave all the way to the Readymade Community Hall corner. At this 4 way stop turn right, south, and cross the canal. Here the black top ends and we turn left for 1 mile to the next road, then left again back across the canal. The course is on your left and the campsite on the right.
From the north and east, or Taber:
Follow Hwy 3 about 20 mins from Taber, past the huge Mccain's potato plant, and turn left, or south, on to hwy 512. There is also a blue/white sign about 400m from this intersection. Also, you will see it is just across the canal bridge west of the plant. Follow the paved road past the Readymade Community Hall corner all the way to the end of the blacktop and across the canal again. Turn left for 1 mile to the next road, then left again back across the canal. The course is on your left and the campsite on the right.
From the south or Raymond and Hwy 4 from Coutts Border
Out of Raymond, head north on hwy 845 heading to Coaldale. From Coutts or Milk River, turn north, right, on to Hwy 845 from the freeway. To stay on the blacktop, proceed to Hwy 512 and turn right. Turn right again at the next 4 way stop and proceed south to the end of the pavement across the canal, turn left and left again at the next road(1 mile).
Alternately, there is a gravel route that begins about 5 miles up Hwy 845 just at the north end of a big S curve. Watch for the tiny sign. This is a good haul road for farm trucks and leads all the way to the course and campsite, which will be on your left across the canal 1 mile past the only stop sign. Saves about 10 minutes.
